I was able to lose 50 lbs (and counting) and this product was part of my strategy. I was juicing a lot and also drinking tangy tangerine to control my appetite. I did the 24 day challenge and lost 10 pounds doing it! I really didn't exercise much but the weight still came off. It helped me learn better eating habits, and I have kept the weight off for 3 months. I've gained three pounds since then, but it was due to holiday snacking and poor food choices. Worked for me! As a general rule, I figure homeopathic remedies work IF you need whatever the elements are,and don't if it is not something your body needs. In my case, Protandim seems to be a good boost...I feel better, and generally my energy level has improved. The effect was noticeable within a couple of days, and when I run out of it (have to order from the internet, we are pretty rural)the opposite effect is also clear. Defining what it does is hard, because it's general, but for me it's a clear difference.

I must warn that I use this product for my 2 year old Husky/Pit bull mix. He has oral cancer, and this is one of among many other supplements he is using to try and fight this beast without a very major and invasive surgery. Whether it's working or just giving me piece of mind, I can't really say, but I like to think that it's helping slow down the spread of this nasty tumor.

Whenever you receive a product that isn't as expected, it's an opportunity for the company's Customer Service to resolve the problem in a manner that leaves you with a greater opinion of their product, and more likely to recommend it to others. As reluctant as I am to write product reviews, Synergistic Nutrition left me no choice but to share one of the rare positive experiences I've had with Customer Service following a problem with an online purchase.
I purchased the 5 pound (76 servings) container of One World Whey Vanilla. It is the first protein powder I've used that doesn't have a gritty feel. The smell of the powder and taste (just adding water) is truly "vanilla". This unheated (raw) whey makes a big difference for digestibility--no stomach upset like with other whey powders. I can safely take it before, during or after physical activity.
Unfortunately, the amount in the sealed container was only 3.3 pounds (50 servings). I knew the actual serving amount because I'm in a training program that includes logging all food and supplement intake.
On a Monday, I sent an email to Synergistic Nutrition (via Amazon) stating the reduced amount of whey powder in the container I received. By Friday of the same week, I received a reply from Synergistic Nutrition stating I would receive a refund reflecting the amount of missing powder (per serving purchase price x number of missing servings). The amount was already refunded to my credit card by Amazon when I read their reply. WOW! Customer Service doesn't get much better than this!

It is against It Works! company policy to allow sell of their products on sites such as this. Time & again I've heard of people getting burned by buying the product elsewhere online & it was dried out :-( nothing worse than spending your hard earned money for something that doesn't work! Amazon has been wonderful in refunding buyers money but what a wait & hassle!! Buying from the company or an Independant Distributor means you know the product is fresh and you get support & information on how to properly use. It Works! products are even being carried by independant hair salons, by massage therapists and chiropractors --- ALL dependable places to get your products!

Syntol is awesome!

I have been struggling with candida overgrowth since 1995 at least, but I now know for most of my life, as I grew up taking antibiotics in the 60's &70's for ear infections & sinus problems (which the antibiotics actually made worse because then I had those problems PLUS yeast!). I have tried Threelac, and other strong probiotics but nothing has made a difference like Syntol. I was cleared up of most of my yeast related issues but my sinues were still bad. I no longer take decongestants & antihistamines (they don't really work anyway) and I don't have as many sinus pressure headaches as I used to before I started going to the chiropractor on a regular basis, but as soon as I worked up to 4 to 5 capsules twice a day, I noticed a BIG difference. My sinues cleared up!
Because I have also been on the yeast diet (see [...] for the best information I have found on yeast and THE most experienced physicians who treat it) staying away from most grains, milk products, sugars, anything that feeds yeast, and since I have already done 3 rounds of nystatin, I thought nothing would work. My yeast is in my esophagus and sinues now, and I have mostly eradicated it from other areas after working on it since 1995. But once I started taking Syntol, I saw a difference right away! This stuff is great, it also has inositol in it, which I had attempted to take on its own, but not really been successful at because I never could figure out what to put it in that I wanted to eat. So if you struggle with yeast issues, number one, TAKE IT SERIOUSLY! Yeast causes many things, chronic fatigue syndrome, hypothyroid (I have that), female yeast infections, lupus, and other auto-immune system diseases. Your family doctor probably has no idea how to deal with yeast or what it can cause & will probably think you are a little crazy if you start talking about what you read on the internet about it, but there is help out there. Will never go without!!!!

I absolutely LOVE Shakeology!!!I started out
with the regular chocolate flavor and then decided to go with vegan as I
heard it is a lot better for you. It is definately a different taste,
but after 2 days I am completely fine with it. I mix mine with ice
cubes, coconut milk, and have been adding some chia seeds for added
nutrition. After drinking these for 3 months, I have easily lost 15
pounds and have bee the healthiest I have ever been! I have encouraged
all my friends to try Shakeology. I am defiantely a lifer!!!
