Lost 20 pounds !

I don't work for Advocare. My daughter started using the products about a year a ago after a friend of her thought it might help her with her health. After watching her get stronger and feel better, I decided to give it a try. The products really do what they say they will do IF you follow the directions. Don't waste your time getting this stuff and continue to eat burgers and milk shakes everyday. I feel great and have awesome energy. I am also a type 1 diabetic and this has done nothing but positive things for my health. I am using less insulin and eating more (good foods).

Amazon Verified PurchaseThis product is different. You really have to experiment with it to see if it does what you need. A doctor gave this to us for sleep. It effects my husband very differently than me. It says to take one heaping scoop 30 minutes before bedtime, I would not recomend that the first several times. I would start with a smaller dose and work your way to a dosage that is comfortable.
The sleep it gives is really very nice, but for me , it took a long time to learn how to wake up. My husband on the other hand, never had a problem.It does elevate mood, and give you energy.

GREAT STUFF!

This product is great! I had been taking "Pro Argi 9" for around 3 years. In that time I have noticed a big difference in my health. I have a lot more energy and my my blood-work has greatly improved. A couple of months ago I found "Arginine Infusion" on the internet and because the price was so much less I did some investigating. I have since learned that the only reason Pro Argi 9 cost so much more is because of the big mark-up each salesperson puts on it.
Arginine Infusion tastes better and is a LOT cheaper. I was buying the jumbo in the Pro Argi 9 and they went up to $270 each. So why pay over $110 more for the same - if not better product?!

amazing vitamin/herbal mixed suppliment

I had been reading about this Damage Control Master Formula for some time now. I read the blog daily of the creator of the formula. Knowing that he puts his all into helping people understand health and nutrition, I wasn't too scared to try it. After all, most of the vitamins and herbals in this formula I have been wanting to take, but it was just to costly to buy them seperate and too many pills to take on a daily basis.
So just about 2 weeks ago I received this formula.. I didn't want to take the dose that it recomended, so i decided to take only 3 pills in the morning as opposed to the 6 pills that it recommends twice daily. Even with this decrease in dosage, I have experienced amazing results. These pills have made me feel more balanced than ever. I feel like i want to eat less, I am more mentally balanced and no longer feel i am on an emotional roller coaster ride. I have an amazing amount of energy...I had no pre menstrual "mood" issues this month or other symptoms, and I really feel it is due to this suppliment.. I take it along with another fish oil suppliment that he sells on his Primal Nutrition website. I am currently running a houshold with 2 children under the age of three while my husband is in Afghanistan. I have tons of stress and the tiniest of tantrums used to set me off into an emotional frenzy.. That hasn't happened to me at all since taking this formula. I feel more in control of myself, and i feel like my body is reaping benefits. My skin is becoming more shiny, my nails are growing, I have a nice facial glow to me that i didn't have before. (And NO, i'm not pregnant) lol.. Anyhow, i know this formula works well for men already by reading other reviews, but I am a woman and I will NOT ever go back to taking any other "womans" vitamin out there. Awesome stuff. Daily user for anemia

Because of occasional bouts of anemia, I have to take iron every day to keep my hemoglobin in the normal range. Carbonyl iron is much easier for me to tolerate than ferrous sulfate. I purchase this product through amazon's subscribe and save. They only offer the 40 tablet size with this service, but it works out to be less expensive to buy than this size. CVS used to have a store brand that was much cheaper, but they no longer carry it. For me, this type of iron is worth the extra expense.

This clinical pack of magnesium chloride flakes was a welcome find on Amazon, offered at a reasonable price from the company which provides Ancient Minerals Ultra Pure Magnesium Oil 8 oz. [I've posted a video review on that product page].
In efforts to reverse numerous health issues currently speculated to be caused by magnesium deficiencies, many people have been reporting excellent results from transdermal applications [see the landmark book by Dr. Mark Sircus,Transdermal Magnesium Therapy] of magnesium chloride sprays and bath flakes, much better results than from oral supplements (which can provide unneeded laxative effects).
Like Epsom salts, these flakes are dissolved in water in a full bath or foot bath. This larger volume offering is, of course, aimed toward clinic use, but I was hoping to see it available on Amazon due to having read on the Ancient Minerals web site about 8 lbs of flakes used in a series of baths for severe health issues or for athletes wanting to build up strength and endurance.
My original purchase and use of magnesium chloride flakes had additional purposes in mind, which aren't as relevant for this clinical pack, so I'll refer to my reviews of products which detail this: Ancient Minerals Magnesium Bath Flakes, and Magnesium Chloride Flakes 2.2 lb (35.27 oz) Flakes. I've included both product pages, since availability and in stock varies.
I recommend reading other reviews on magnesium products and books, as well as Googling Magnesium every which way. I actually Googled Mg ions contained in the outer ring in quasars!

Due to my experiences with Mg deficiency noted in my first review of Magnesium Oil Spray, I wasn't surprised at how many ills are said to be caused by this deficiency, and how many people are unaware of the deficiency and its connections to a number of serious health issues. I've almost fallen over the edge of believing this mineral is the Life Force incarnate, the link to the Godhead! Yes, I write sci-fi, LOL!! Even so, I'm so thankful for the healing, strengthening, clarifying potency of magnesium that I could believe some pretty weird stuff.
I'd like to share a true story which confirmed for me magnesium's ability to remove calcium deposits. In this case the product was oral Magnesium Oxide tablets. However, Magnesium Chloride flakes might produce similar results in a more efficient way.
After ingesting daily 1500 mg of Magnesium Oxide tablets for a few months (releasing unabsorbed remainders of the mineral daily) I noticed a strange side effect. For decades our toilet had flushed sluggishly, in spite of using every treatment made on Earth. Though the flush would fully remove contents, I had always wondered why we rarely heard the "gluck, gluck, gluck" sound which normal toilets seem to produce, following completion of the water's downward swirl. Then one day added to a few subsequent days during which we removed large flakes of dense mineral deposits which had remained in the (clean) bowl after flushing. The heavy flakes had been loosened from somewhere inside beyond the bowl. Since removing those released deposits, the toilet has flushed with never before seen vigor accompanied by a loud series of "glucks." We had no idea that calcium deposits in the plumbing were restricting the flow of water.
For me, this example of a toilet being expunged of calcium solidifications reinforced the truth in magnesium's reversals of serious health issues related to calcium deposits. As exemplified from a science class experiment noted in Dr. Carolyn Dean's book, The Magnesium Miracle (also on Kindle), magnesium in adequate quantities [the percentage of Mg has to be greater than the amount of Ca*] will dissolve calcium deposits in the body, often resulting in relief of kidney and bladder stones, gout, hardening of the arteries, and calcium build up in various vessels, tissues, bones.
Upon my first receipt of these flakes [which were a smaller 2 lb package version], I checked the ingredients and was relieved to see that not a single item has been added to this pure magnesium chloride salt in the form of gorgeous, smooth, marble white flakes from the ancient Zechstein Seabed (currently located far underground). I feel blessed to find a product without unwanted ingredients which are often toxic and operating in opposition to the purpose of the product.
I will conclude by sharing a heartbreaking fact here which I had also included in my review of Mg oil:
A friend of mine recently suffered the death of a daughter in her 30's. The daughter, according to the report from her physician, had been given (by a different physician) a new medication which surprised everyone by suddenly depleting the magnesium in her system. Upon retiring for the night, the woman died, from one heartbeat to the next. According to most current speculation, Magnesium releases or relaxes muscles, while Calcium tenses them. According to the reports, the woman's heart contracted, but wouldn't release, due to the sudden depletion of magnesium. She died in minutes.
This review is dedicated to Melissa, who would appreciate both the humor and the seriousness of magnesium's connection to the life force.
Here's to power baths which some athletes believe will turn you into a Hercules man or an Amazon woman!

* Recent studies seem to be leaning toward seeing the necessity of the ratio of magnesium to calcium favoring Mg. In the past several years calcium has been promoted as being the priority mineral (recall the high level of hype placed on coral calcium being a cure all). Very recently the preferred ratio was moved again toward the favor of Mg, as noted in Dr. Dean's book linked above, with the preferred ratio being 1:1 (her web site has recently been leaning toward a 2:1 ratio). I believe [this belief has been reinforced by magnesium experts I've read] that it is not only essential but vital that magnesium retain the highest percentage over other minerals, especially calcium, phosphorus, and potassium, which are readily available through many foods and other environmental input, and which in excess will tend to overtake magnesium and defeat the synergistic purposes of all minerals and vitamins, indeed all nutrients. I have used Standard Process's 21 day purification after it was recommended by a nutritionist for me about 2 years ago. Unfortunately, I did not stay to the lifestyle I had intended and I put the weight I lost back on. Having done this before, I knew it would support my body while it went through the purge. I selected the Dairy free version to keep from having whey protein. Each morning I juiced organic raw vegetables always with carrots (Bunny Love Organic are the best) and made enough to give me two servings for the day. Over the last 21 days I have lost 30 pounds and have never felt better doing it. I was not hungry as long as I got my shakes and I ate raw veggies and fruit for the filler times, but there were not a lot of those. I am still taking using some of the powder and whole food fiber each day but have added back in protein from wild fish, free range chicken and bison. I feel energetic and my body does not hurt any longer. I have been overweight most of my life. I was really skeptical when it came to trying another product, however this one is the best. I have lost close to 50 lbs and I have been able to keep the weight off. I have been able to do this through taking these pills. It took me about 4 months to lose the weight and it has been a year and I have not gained it back. I highly recommend taking Lipoerase. Its easy and fast and the weight stays off.
