I've been using various proteins for ~15 years and this is by far the best tasting I've had. Since its pure protein (purest on market) there's no odd metal taste or aftertaste like a lot of them out there. I use this after my heavier workouts for the last 8 months. I have used this product for a workout and pumps were huge, I will return to buy, not only did one thing, the product says it has 100 grams of agmatine, but also says it has 75 doses of 750 mg which gives + - 56 g, I do not know if the product contains 56 g or 100 g.

Pretty good program

I decided to give this program a try and so far so good. You do the program in 8-day rounds basically. I am on day 7 of my first round and have lost 5 pounds and a few inches. It's pretty easy to follow. I have experienced very little hunger, no headache (I've heard this is a problem with some programs), and overall energy level down a little but not too much. No problem with nausea, jitters, or diarrhea. I plan to use this program for a couple more rounds to reach my goal weight. I think the investment is reasonable and I would recommend this product to anyone.

Amazon Verified PurchaseIts too early to comment on the effectiveness of this pill, but I share the pain which everybody is feeling about the packaging of these tablets. While trying different ways to make it easier, I found a way which will ease your pain and make it very easy to remove tablets from its strip.
Take warm water in a bowl and dip the whole strip in the water for few minutes. Since packaging is water proof, tablets are safe. After few minutes, remove the strip from the water and start peeling the paper backing. The paper should be easily peeled off now in one piece and you'll end up with only silver foil backing which should bring smile on your face and no more fighting with the packaging :)
Once the paper backing is removed, wipe the strip dry and store it back in the box.

I started slow, on the lowest recommended doses, just in case the effects were to harsh to control. However, I was pleased when my body handled these products without any difficulties. I had more than enough left over of everything (but the liver cleanse pills) after 7 days. Because I was doing a more gentle approach, I kept going for 14 days. This product worked great for me. You DO need to stick to their recommended guidelines and timing, as you are taking a 7 different products every day. HealthForce makes their products with great care for your health and well being. I like that they care about the environment; they are environmentally conscious as an organization. The company utilizes TruGanic cultivation, which is the most stringent organic guidelines available, in the production of their herbs and ingredients. Dr James Sheridan and company have won my respect and loyalty.
Also, I have done other detoxes in the distant past. I was used to 'gagging' when I would hurry and drink the solutions down. I have an endocrine disorder that makes me gain weight even if I smell french fries from 6 feet away. This is excellent because it suppresses your hunger and it helped me lose weight pretty quickly. I am about to re-order some to finally reach my final weight. It does make you excessively thirsty though.
