Background: My son is medical research scientist. Says there are many things that contribute to ageing, but verifies that research indicates this helps slow the process.
Scenario: My father is late 80s with lobotomy from head injury, severe arthritis, legally blind and almost deaf. Has been taking this for just under a year, has worked up from one pill to 4 pills a day (because of his age).
Findings: Mom reports to me (I live far from them) that my father's ability to speak has improved dramatically and he has more energy. He used to only use words if he spoke at all, and not in sentences, and often the wrong word was used...now talks in short sentences though still struggles...sleeps through night when he used to get up 3-4 times a night...gets dressed in the morning instead of staying in PJs...fixes simple breakfast for himself now. Nothing else in his medical care has changed but the addition of the TA65, which he takes under a doctor's supervision.
Conclusion: You decide, but remember that it takes longer than a few months to see results if this actually works as all the advertising says. A few months just isn't enough time. Will you experience dramatic results? Maybe for someone who has a lot of ageing to reverse as my father, probably more subtle for us "younger" folks. Guarantees that it works? Of course not.

I started the Optifast program in August, 2010. While under doctor supervision I lost 45 pounds by November, 2010. Drinking the 5 shakes each day I felt no hunger. The most important thing is water. You should drink at least 80 ounces of water or more every day to stay healthy and accelerate the weight loss.
I would recommend anyone who wants to loose a significant amount of weight (50 pounds or more) to find a local hospital or weight loss doctor supervised program that uses Optifast as its product. The doctor supervision is very important as you will find that certain medications you are taking for high blood pressure, cholesterol and other medical conditions may have the dose diminished or taken out completely
Consider this only if you are in the BMI of greater than 39 and are ready to do everything that you are instructed to do to loose the weight.

These are the closest to tasting like an actual candy bar out of all of the protein bars that I've eaten. HANDS DOWN! And trust me, I've eaten way too many protein bars that taste worse then the box the came in...
The marshmallow filling tastes so very close to the real marshmallow fluff that I would be hard pressed to tell the difference.
The graham cracker balls/bits provide a nice added crunch to the bar, this is a pleasant change from the far too common puffed/crisped rice. The graham cracker bits also provide that distinct flavor of a s'mores.
And the amazing thing is the fact that they have 30 grams of protein (Amazon has them listed as 29, but they have 30), 280 calories, and 15 essential vitamins and minerals (about 20% of your daily value).
Toss all of your other protein bars in the trash and load your pantry with these! You'll get hooked on how they taste and how they'll make you feel.

I bought this product to boost my immune system. I have read quite a bit about Andrographis Panticulata. In India, they use it for the Flu, as well as Herpes and many other uses.

Considering that this is a meal replacement, it feels more like your cheating on your diet by enjoying a rich, creamy smoothie. The chocolate flavor is almost like melted fudge ice cream, even when blended with water. I have a calorie requirement where 1 bag of this product is great for breakfast but other suggestions to use half the product are great also. You'll get half as many calories and protien, but your product will last twice as long.
I like this product so much (losing 10lbs, not water weight so far) on my journey to get back to slim that I've subscribed to receive a variety pack every 60 days (of 60 pieces) at a discounted rate. (Although I will continue to shop for a better price).
I'm really looking forward to trying the other flavors in the variety pack, but I certainly dont mind chocolate, and neither will you.

The best overall health supplement, tips on taking it,

You really can't get a much better overall single health supplement than this. Cod liver oil harvested naturally with no heat/bleaching/deoderizing/filtering providing a natural vitamin A and D powerhouse, and butter oil taken specifically from cows during the spring when the grass is most nutritious for the most 'activator x' which I believe is now known as vitamin k2. It provides a whole range of natural vitamins and fats in a food form, which is much more effective than the synthetic supplements made in labs. I think in this age of 'nutrition marketing' we forget that synthetic supplements are basically ways for companies to mimick natural sources of nutrients in the cheapest way possible.
Ok, so now for the taste part, since the best supplement in the world doesn't do much if you can't get it down. I started out with the pills but the gel is ridiculously more economical and I like to take much more than the dose on the label. My first try of the gel was a total failure, I had to spit it out. But I realized my two mistakes, taking it at room temperature and using a spoon. So here's my recommendation on how to take it with ease:
First, refrigerate. Second, use a Butter Knife and your teeth instead of a spoon and your tongue/lips.
With a spoon you have to use your tongue or lips to scrape it off the concave surface, that's what gets it stuck to your mouth and makes you really taste it in all its glory. Instead, take the refrigerated cod liver oil (nice and firm from the cold) and put a bunch on the Butter Knife tip as if it were whipped butter. Then stick it in your mouth and scrape it off in one stroke with JUST your front teeth. Since the knife is flat like your front teeth you'll get almost all of it off. It'll also be in a nice ball shape which you can easily swallow almost like a large pill with a gulp of water or juice. Between being cold and using the knife I barely taste it at all and only the cinnamon comes through and tastes kind of like apple cider (which is also a great drink to wash this down with cause it goes with the cinnamon). The cold also greatly cuts down the smell.
I've been seeing a lot of good reviews of this brand, especially from the Weston Price folks who are very picky about their food. I hope that as they grow they continue to keep the high quality level and natural manufacturing processes.
